Do you take my car away ?

A: No we will detail your vehicle on site at your residence or business. We have many clients that we regularly detail in the car park of their business, meaning they don't have to waste their free time waiting around, they find it most convenient as they their car is already there waiting.

How long will it take ?

A: A basic detail will take between 30mins to an hour and a half, depending on the condition and size of the vehicle.
A medium detail will take around 2 to 4 hours to complete
While a Full detail can take up to 4 or 6 hours
This is why most people find it convenient to have their vehicle done at work, since they will not be driving for some time.

Isn't the phone number the same as Ian's Car Care ?

A: Yes, the business was formally known as Ian's car care, and many people still know it as such. The business is still the same, with the same clientele, it is simply run by Luke lister now. The phone book may still say Ian's Car Care, and some advertisement may still say that, however it does not affect the business at all.

How can I Pay ?

A: The most common form of payment is cash, however we do accept cheques as well.

Businesses and repeat clients can do a bank transfer upon request, however it discouraged for others since people tend to forget and we have to chase it up.

Do you offer Discounts for more Cars ?

A: Sorry but no, we already work at a very low cost

How far do you travel ?

A: Do you travel to Maleny, Montville, Landsborough etc. ?

A: Only for paint protection. Understand that half an hour travel one way, adds an hour to a job. And most times it takes over half an hour to get out there. That equals a standard clean that we are unable to do because of travel, and since we are normally booked out we can't afford to miss the local work.

Can I get a Tax Receipt so I can claim it back at tax time ?

A: Yes, we provide tax invoice's. Most business's will get their car detailed once a week or fortnight, and keep the receipts as a business expense.
